I am the lead pastor of Element Church, a church plant in Cheyenne, WY. I have an amazing family: My wife (Sabrina) and 4 kids (Jonah, Mariah, Makalah, and Jaydah). I was born in Bartlesville, OK and lived the life of a PK (pastors kid) my entire childhood. My dad pastored in the Wesleyan church in Oklahoma, Wyoming, South Dakota and Missouri while I was growing up. I attended and graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, OK in 1997 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. I began pastoring immediately after graduation at a small country church in Ringwood, OK. My wife and I began feeling a call into youth ministry and God opened the door for us to move to Gillette, WY where I was youth pastor at High Plains Community Church for 7 years. In January of 2006 I began to feel the call into a senior pastor role and God began to clearly call and lead us to plant a church in Cheyenne, WY. In February of 2007 we made the move from Gillette to Cheyenne and began the planting process here at Element Church.
