Hey Element Church! Well, the move of our offices and student ministries is official. Our offices are now at 600 E. Carlson St., Suite 300. Our student ministries also have their own VERY large room now as well and JV Fusion will meet out there tomorrow night for the first time. SUPER stoked about that for Andy and Curtis.
Monday we spend the entire day moving all our office and storage unit stuff to the new location. MAN it was like a walk down memory lane. It was surreal leaving our office. God totally provided that space for us in May of 07′. It was PERFECT for this little fledgling church getting her legs on the ground. Little did we know that in a year it would not be big enough to house our needs. It was actually hard moving out. That little office was the beginning of Element Church. The First Friday prayer times we had there before launch I’ll never forget. The early staff meetings where we made decisions that scared us to DEATH. The moments of joy where we’d hear testimonies, receive checks in the mail or celebrate what God did on Sundays. It was home. But the reason it was home was because God was with us. He called us to be there. And now He has called us to move on. We’re making new memories now. And, someday I think this new location will see us go too.
It was cool to see some old set designs. Props for dramas. Purchases that didn’t pan out for the idea we had. God has been good. Crazy! Our new space is just a big open room so we had to put up some dividers and make some makeshift privacy. It is HUGE compared to our old office and we love the space.
