Hey Element Church! I am not a great delegating personality nor am I a micro manager. I told the guys on the team, If I begin to micromanage it means I’m not happy with the direction of your ministry or you just need to get your butt in gear. 
As we were approaching Grant coming on staff I put together a job description for him. As a joke I sent home with Terri a fake document. You can view it below. I got a good chuckle out of it this morning. Thought you would too.
