1. Not many moments of this year will top a moment we’ll have this Sunday. Saturday is Pastor Grant’s last day working for Frito Lay. I think it’s been 16 years working for them. He followed the call of God and COMPLETELY and LITERALLY risked it all coming here to Cheyenne so that we could have a Connections Pastor. Grant came not knowing when he’d be hired full time or even IF he’d be hired. He took a pay cut and moved his family here. Well, as of Sunday, August 3rd The General will be a full time paid pastor at Element Church. It is VERY surreal for me. We are going to be officially commissioning Grant into the ministry on Sunday with a special time of prayer over him and his family. I AM TOTALLY STOKED ABOUT THAT! You won’t want to miss it. Not sure I’ll get through it without a few tears. Can’t wait to do this with other pastors that we’ll be moving into full time ministry. Grant, this will be a special day. Thanks bro for taking the risk to come to Cheyenne. Can’t imagine doing this without ya.
