My college roommate, Dusty Taylor, is planting Connections church in Boise, ID. He graciously asked me to be on his “attack” team (board of directors, steering team) and I was VERY humbled. Dusty is an EXTREMELY talented dude. I told him this to his face in Boise, that I don’t think I’ve personally known anyone with as much church planting talent from God. He’s a gifted communicator, intensely creative, awesome musician and is an evangelist at heart. I seriously think God’s gonna light up Boise through Connections. They have been in Boise for a few months now and are rockin’with a growing launch team. Anyway, they had their first of MANY conversions the other day. Dusty led someone to the Lord while sitting at a Chinese Buffet having lunch with them. I link the story, because these stories should NEVER be old to us. People being rescued from darkness to light, and from the power of satan unto God are why we have churches! You can read the story HERE and celebrate with them. WAY TO GO DUSTY!
